I have had an auto immune disease for 12 years now and my inflammation markers were always high. When I started taking sea moss daily they dropped into the normal range and have constantly stayed there with the sea moss capsules. I am so grateful to have found such a clean and great product to help boost my immune system!

Thank you to Barbara for the introduction to all things Sea Moss! We have been making our own Sea Moss gel from the dried sea moss from Dragon Spirit Health, and the benefits have been amazing. Definitely feel a lot more energy, and absolutely notice a difference if I forget to take my spoonful that morning. And now I am in love with the Papaya Sea Moss bar soap. Love the scent and the look of in, in addition to the benefits it offers. That will be on the "must have" list when I run out, and cannot wait to try the other scents. Thank you!
I love this product so much! Boosts in energy! It also fills you up so you don't have to eat so much! Boosts in sex drive, which is always a nice thing! And it's natural and organic. Barb at Dragon Spirit is the nicest person in the world and she makes these products with a lot of care. Sea moss is difficult to eat raw since it's a sea weed, but she curates it to make it easier for consumption without losing its nutritional value! I would highly recommend and suggest people to start taking control of their health and get some sea moss in your diet! It will change everything! I've been taking these products for over 4yrs. Sea Moss gel, capsules, beauty bars and everyone is always complimenting me on the glow of my skin asking me what I eat and what beauty products I use.
